This was K2019! We say thank you
This year’s edition of the K exhibition has been the most busy and exciting show we have ever had as exhibitor. What happened at the fair? What were the most interesting technologies and can you still benefit from it, either if you did not attend the show yourself?
Every 3 years, K-show makes the Düsseldorf fairground the place to be for the plastic and rubber industries.
This year 224.116 visitors from 168 countries came to see what 3.330 exhibitors had to offer for the future in polymers and elastomers. A strong international audience was present, with 73% coming from outside Germany, while the local visitors still were at the no. 1 spot in terms of visitors by countries.
At our booth we showcased the full technology portfolio of the whole Helvoet Group. Special interest was shown for:
- Hybrid products (plastic/rubber/lsr/metal combinations)
- Microfluidics – laboratories on a polymer chip
- Polymers in pump systems
- Assembly technologies and
- Micron level machining of thermoset components
For this post-processing technology we have received the Innovation Award 2019 by the GKV/TecPart Association during the first day of the exhibition. With this process we are able to deliver even eccentric pump housings with micron level tolerances and 100% in-line quality control.
