Helvoet expands clean room manufacturing by over 200%

Helvoet Rubber & Plastic Technologies, in it’s Tilburg manufacturing site, has expanded it’s state of the art ISO Class 7 cleanroom.
This increase in their manufacturing capacity is due to their rapid growth in the Microfluidics Business segment. For medical devices and polymer consumables, Helvoet’s Tilburg Manufacturing facility is certified for over 20 years.  This expansion reinforces Helvoet’s commitments to the medical market and especially Microfluidic applications.

As founding member of the “Flow Alliance”, Helvoet has successfully developed and introduced polymer microfluidics components that demand high tech clean room manufacturing.  This fits perfectly in their focus, as a high precision polymer moulding manufacturer, and enables them to showcase their various replication technologies for devices that will be launched in 2020.

The expansion in this field of technology is a next milestone for the Tilburg facility.

Flow Alliance develops and produces polymer and hybrid microfluidic consumables and will be showing its latest developments in San Francisco (USA), at Molecular Med Tricon, March 1st – 4th, 2020
