Rubber Compounds
Originally started as a rubber factory in 1939, Helvoet is known for its rubber. We develop and produce most of our own rubber compounds and have all equipment needed in-house. This enables us to find the optimal balance between the material properties and processability to ensure high quality products.
We are specialized in compounds based on:
But also NR, SBR, IIR, CR, AU based compounds are used.
Our compound portfolio already consists of a broad range of compounds for different applications and functionalities e.g.:
- compound with customer specific properties
- DVGW certified compounds according to DIN EN 549 for gas applications
- compounds for water applications (KTW)
- German BFR and FDA food compliant compounds
- compounds for sealing in static and dynamical applications
- compounds with releases in the automotive industry
