Helvoet (Tilburg) BV, formerly known as Rosti (Nederland) BV was acquired by the Helvoet Group in 2011. Our expertise is focused on products for food & beverage systems and packaging, medical packaging, disposables and devices. We are specialised in high-volume, precision injection moulding and the related high-speed assembly and filling of components to produce a complete product. Our production takes place in a clean production environment or, if so required, in class 100.000 cleanrooms.

We have long-term relationships with our customers, with whom we develop new materials, products and processes which give them a competitive edge on their market area. Our engineering team consists of a large group of engineers and project managers, who manage and monitor the entire project from development to mass production. Recent innovations include products manufactured from moisture or CO2-absorbing polymers or products which incorporate RFID technology.
Continuous improvement programmes (Customer Care, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma) ensure an optimum process and a constant focus on cost and quality. We have a long track record for delivering zero defects to our customers.
