As Helvoet we can apply plastics which resists 200°C, petrol, gasoline and which are much lighter then metal. Needless to say that in a future world with low CO² depletion, lightweight materials have a big advantage.
For years Helvoet Lommel is active in the world of Fuel pump systems. The high accuracy of our parts and assemblies combined with low fuel absorption is important for the optimal applications of our customers. Where the accuracy of moulding is not enough we add automated grinding and washing to fulfill micron accuracies with cleanliness requirements.

Under the hood we are active in applications of throttle controle, precision plunjers to steer ABS systems and key components for Double Shift Gearbox applications.
For current developments we combine Thermoset (very high stability and accuracy) with rubber (sealing and damping) which gives you the best of both worlds on functionality.

Our facility in Lommel holds production as well as engineering and R&D services. Its competences cover a range of technologies to allow us to co-develop optimum solutions in both thermoplastic and thermosetting materials, with finishing processes like grinding, coating and cleaning. Drivers for our industrial platforms are technology integration, automation, low throughput times, capable processes with stable inputs.
To fulfil the quality and environmental standards of our customers we have a documented management system for quality, safety and environmental requirements. This system is regularly audited by internal and customer auditors. This has led to full compliance of ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management System and ISO/TS 16949.
