Helvoet has the in-house capabilities and knowledge to develop a custom made compound which comprises the properties needed for the specific fluid or gas under the specific conditions. This ensures the seal will perform over a longer period of time.
At the Helvoet Technology Centre (HTC) based in the Netherlands, a team of specialists consisting of a Material Technologist (rubber or plastic), a Product Designer and a Process Specialist will design for your company a seal customized to your requirements. At our testing plant we can execute tests and with Computer Aided Design we can simulate mold flow and execute a Finite Element Analysis to determine the long term properties.
Our engineers can start from scratch or modify a material using a library of more than 200 unique materials developed in the past 70 years. Certainly there is a material available for your application.
